Last updated: April 16, 2026 · Effective date: April 16, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Livelyhood Health, Inc. (“Livelyhood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including findlivelyhood.com and findlivelihood.com (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Informed Consent.
Eligibility. The Platform is available only to individuals 18 years or older who are located in the United States at the time of service. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
1. What Livelyhood is and is not
Livelyhood is a healthcare technology company that operates a telehealth platform. Livelyhood is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer. Clinical services are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers affiliated with OpenLoop Health. Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are dispensed by one of our partner pharmacies listed below. Compounded medications prescribed through the Platform are not FDA-approved.
2. State availability
Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. Some services may not be available in all 50 states or Washington D.C. Subject to change.
Availability depends on provider licensure, pharmacy licensure, and applicable state laws. If a service is not available in your state, you will be notified during signup and will not be charged.
3. Partner pharmacies
Prescriptions ordered through Livelyhood are fulfilled by one of the following licensed U.S. pharmacies. The pharmacy assigned to your order depends on the medication prescribed, your state of residence, and clinical considerations.
For questions about a specific pharmacy or a medication you have received, contact support@findlivelyhood.com.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
- You agree to provide truthful, complete medical information to your provider. Withholding information can result in unsafe care.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or clinical reasons identified by your provider.
5. The consultation process
After signup, a licensed provider reviews your information and, where clinically appropriate, conducts an evaluation via secure messaging or video. A provider may decline to prescribe, may recommend a different treatment, or may require additional information or in-person care. No guarantee of prescription is made by paying for a consultation.
6. Payments and subscriptions
All payments are processed by Stripe. Livelyhood does not bill insurance. You may cancel at any time subject to the Refund & Cancellations Policy. Your credit card statement may show the billing descriptor “OPNLP Health.”
7. Medications and safety
- Do not share any medication prescribed to you.
- Follow your provider’s instructions and the medication label exactly.
- Report any side effects to your provider and, for serious events, to the FDA MedWatch program.
- Seek emergency care for chest pain, severe abdominal pain, signs of allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, or other urgent symptoms. Do not use the Platform for emergencies.

13. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis.
